L0phtCrack offers one year email support for our perpetual licenses (L0phtCrack Professional, Administrator, and Enterprise). Maintenance contracts for extended support after one year can be purchased. Extended maintenance provides priority bugfixes and updates.

Are having a crash or other anomalous behavior. Please report OS version of the machine running L0phtCrack and if applicable the OS of the remote machine.
