L0phtCrack offers free lifetime email support for our perpetual licenses (L0phtCrack Professional and Administrator) and free email support for one year for L0phtCrack Consultant.
Enterprise maintenance contracts for extended support can be purchased. Extended maintenance provides priority bugfixes and updates.

Please contact support if you:

- Need to move the L0phtCrack software from one machine to another. We can issue a new license key.
- Are having a crash or other anomalous behavior. Please report OS version of the machine running L0phtCrack and if applicable the OS of the remote machine.
